Yes, from version 0.5.0 onwards. Windows 10/11, macOS Apple Silicon, Linux x64 (Ubuntu/Debian/Fedora/RHEL) and Pi OS on Pi 4/5. One account, all platforms.
Do we need an IT staff member to run WinDesk?
No. Management or the office manager can create the WinDesk account, take out the Pro plan, invite staff via email. Setup of the devices (host install) takes 5 min per device — no IT knowledge required.
What does WinDesk cost for a 30-person SME?
If only one office lead runs the sessions: Pro CHF 29.90/month is enough (1 user + 100 hosts included). With two IT leads: + CHF 7.90/month = CHF 37.80/month. No tier bundle, no surprises.
How does privacy work for our customer data?
Servers in Switzerland and the EU. Lightnet Multimedia GmbH is a Swiss limited-liability company, no US CLOUD Act. Screen data never travels through our servers (P2P).
