What happens after the trial period?
If you choose a paid plan, your card is charged at the end of the 14 days. Without a decision, the account falls back to Free — no automatic charge.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate, prorated. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Discounts for non-profits or schools?
Yes. Swiss NGOs and public educational institutions get 30% off Pro. Contact us with proof.
Is VAT included?
No, prices shown are without VAT. Swiss customers see 8.1% VAT on the invoice.
What counts as a "session" in Free?
A single connection from client to host. Reconnecting counts as a new session. The 2-hour quota is the sum of all session times per calendar month.
Do I need a license per host?
Pro includes 100 hosts. The client side (supporter) needs a license — one subscription per technician. The host side (target devices) consumes from the host quota.
Auto-renewal?
Yes, subscriptions renew automatically. You can disable auto-renewal in the portal under "Subscription" any time.
