    Start the Host

    Whoever needs help starts the WinDesk Host — no installation, no account.

  2. 02

    Share ID and PIN

    The Host shows an ID and a PIN. Both go to the supporter, by phone or message.

  3. 03

    Connect

    The supporter enters ID and PIN in the WinDesk Client. The connection runs directly between the two computers.
