WinDesk is remote-desktop and remote-support software made in Switzerland. Developed and operated by Lightnet Multimedia GmbH, WinDesk connects supporters and target devices over a direct peer-to-peer connection — without session data flowing through a vendor cloud. All infrastructure is in Swiss and EU data centres, session contents are end-to-end encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
WinDesk is cross-platform: Windows 10/11, macOS Apple Silicon (signed + Apple-notarised), Linux x64 (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, RHEL) and Raspberry Pi 4/5. WinDesk targets Swiss IT providers, SMEs and system administrators looking for a simple, legally compliant and price-transparent alternative to internationally established remote-desktop tools.
