Code-signed, SmartScreen-friendly
Each release is signed with our code-signing certificate. SmartScreen recognises the publisher — no "Unknown publisher", no manual "Run anyway" on first double-click.
WinDesk runs natively on Windows 10 and 11 — code-signed, with DXGI screen capture for smooth video and system audio. No cloud detour, all peer-to-peer.

The native Windows screen-capture API. GPU-accelerated, low CPU, smooth streaming across multiple monitors — and WASAPI loopback carries system audio (music, calls, system sounds) in the same stream (not in service mode).
The host installs as a Windows service and runs permanently in the background — across the login screen, UAC prompts and user switches. Set up once, no open session required, no black screen on the lock screen.
The host’s sign-in is bound to the PC’s security chip (TPM) where available, and every pairing is additionally tied to a hardware fingerprint of the host.
Native x64 builds for Windows 10 (20H2+) and Windows 11. Lean installer, fast start, small memory footprint. ARM64 builds for Windows on Arm are available on request.
The Tauri updater checks daily, downloads minisign-signed packages, and updates in the background. No App Store, no toolbars, no ads.
Free plan with 2 hours per month, no account needed. Light from CHF 19.90/month, Pro CHF 29.90/month.

Ad-hoc access needs nothing more than a double-click. For unattended access WinDesk installs a Windows service, which requires a one-time UAC confirmation. After that the service runs in the background, across the login screen too.
